    Come lengthen your muscles on the longest day of the year. Kent and Amanda will lead a deep slow flow containing all of the yoga food groups you need and love to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

    Class will include guided meditation, warm up, sun
    salutations with innovative standing pose sequencing, shoulderwork and back bends. A long integrative savasana will conclude the program.

    Don’t eat for 3 hours before class.

    Plan on going deep whatever level your practice. Amanda and Kent have a combined 40+ years of practice and teaching under their belts and will “Tag Team” teaching you into bliss ...ANANDA

  • Yoga for a Healthy Lower Back
    with Denise Wendler

    Yoga can help to relieve back pain and stiffness which is often caused by poor posture, a sedentary lifestyle, and/or arthritis.

     

    In this workshop, students will learn how to safely stretch, strengthen and relax their lower backs, as well as those important back supporters: the legs, hips & core.

     

    Open to students with 6 months of yoga experience.

     

    Denise has been teaching yoga for 25 years.  She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Therapist.
